PNAS Masterclass: The 2-Hour Monthly Meeting Format
Welcome to the Philippine National Academy of Speakers (PNAS) monthly cadence. Designed exclusively for our paid members, this 2-hour high-impact session moves far beyond traditional table topics. It combines skill development, real-world professional application, and peer critique tailored specifically for high-level public speakers.
Meeting’s Agenda
Part 1: The Masterclass Keynote (35 Minutes)
Objective: Advanced skill acquisition and framework mastery.
Format: A 25-minute deep-dive teaching session led by seasoned experts or industry leaders, focusing on specific elements of the speaking business (e.g., message architecture, monetization, psychological impact, or stage presence). Followed by a 10-minute Q&A.
Part 2: The Hot-Seat Keynote Clinic & Peer Review (65 Minutes)
Objective: Uncompromising execution and real-time refinement.

The Critique: Instead of generic evaluations, the floor opens for a structured, rigorous peer review focusing on messaging clarity, audience connection, and actionable takeaways over “polished perfection.”
Part 3: The Business of Speaking & Mastermind (15 Minutes)
Objective: Industry integration and community collaboration.
Format: A rapid-fire sharing segment covering gig opportunities, bureau navigation, resource sharing, and accountability updates to accelerate professional growth.
